- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- In a large saucepan cook potatoes, covered with water until tender; drain.
- Add sour cream, cream cheese and milk.
- Mash with potato masher or hand mixer.
- Pour into greased glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
