Fish Sandwiches

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia fillets (or any fresh fish your buddy catches)
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings:
  • Mayo
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Onion

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder, red pepper and parsley flakes.
  2. Coat fillets with bread crumb mixture.
  3. Broil 4-5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Place on bun; add toppings.
