- 4 Tilapia fillets (or any fresh fish your buddy catches)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
- Optional toppings:
- In a shallow bowl combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder, red pepper and parsley flakes.
- Coat fillets with bread crumb mixture.
- Broil 4-5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Place on bun; add toppings.
