Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. spinach
- 3 hardcooked eggs, chopped
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 pieces bacon, fried and crumbled
Dressing Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions:
- Tear spinach into bite size pieces; add chopped eggs, sliced mushrooms and crumbled bacon.
- Combine dressing ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
- Drizzle over salad right before serving.
- You won’t use all the dressing so refrigerate for another time.
