Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. spinach
  • 3 hardcooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 pieces bacon, fried and crumbled

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  •  2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  •  1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  •  1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions:

  • Tear spinach into bite size pieces; add chopped eggs, sliced mushrooms and crumbled bacon.
  • Combine dressing ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
  • Drizzle over salad right before serving.
  • You won’t use all the dressing so refrigerate for another time.
