- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or use legs and thighs)
- ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup butter
- Melt butter; mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together.
- Dip chicken breasts into melted butter then into bread crumb mixture.
- Place on foil lined pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
