Homemade Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1-1/3 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp. yeast
  • Mix yeast with water and set aside; mix dry ingredients together. Add oil and yeast mixture; stir in and knead for a few minutes. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Divide into 2 parts. (Freeze one or make 2 pizzas.) Spread dough out onto greased pizza pans; top with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings and shreddedd cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
