Apple Crumb Pie

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 50 minutes

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 5 lg. apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • Topping:
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and dice apples.
  2. Mix together sugar and cinnamon; mix with apples.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  4. In a seperate bowl, mix together flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
  5. Pour over top of apples.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until apples are soft and crumbs are golden brown.
