Apple Crumb Pie
Ingredients
- 5 lg. apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- Topping:
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Peel, core and dice apples.
- Mix together sugar and cinnamon; mix with apples.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- In a seperate bowl, mix together flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
- Pour over top of apples.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until apples are soft and crumbs are golden brown.
