Pecan Sandies
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. water
1 cup pecan pieces
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Cream butter; add vanilla, flour and water. Mix well and add nuts. Shape into 1 in. balls. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Roll them in powdered sugar again when cool.
