Homemade Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1-28 oz. can whole tomatoes with juice
  • 1-10 oz. can Rotel (diced tomatoes and Green Chilies)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 tsp, minced garlic
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Combine all in a food processor.
  2. Pulse a few times to your desired consistency.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
