- 1-28 oz. can whole tomatoes with juice
- 1-10 oz. can Rotel (diced tomatoes and Green Chilies)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 tsp, minced garlic
- 1 whole Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. Cilantro
- Combine all in a food processor.
- Pulse a few times to your desired consistency.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
