How to make your own Hash Browns

I know you can buy hash browns that are frozen. They are convenient and I do use them when I need to, but if you’re wanting to save a little money (every little bit helps) Buying one 10 lb. bag of potatoes cost as much or less than a package of frozen hash browns. And just think about how many packages of hash browns you could get out of 10 lbs. of potatoes! I think they have more flavor too!

Simply place rinsed potatoes into a large kettle and cover with water.
