Chicken Club Pizza
I’m not really crazy about club sandwiches, not a fan of cold sandwiches, period. But I thought this pizza looked interesting, and when I find something interesting, I’ve just got to try it out! My dh said, ” I don’t know about this one. It looks like its got way too much goin’ on!” But after eating a piece he’s sayin’ WOW, that’s really good! Now me, I liked it, but I think cream cheese instead of mayo as the sauce would be better for me. But hey, if you love mayo, you can just make it like it is.
