Red Velvet Cupcakes

I’ve been hearing a lot about Red Velvet this and Red Velvet that, and I found it very intriguing. So thought I would try making Red Velvet Cupcakes with my own Butter Cream Frosting for a special dessert for Valentine’s Day. I used the recipe from McCormick, but used my frosting recipe and I used red sprinkles to make them festive in honor of Valentine’s Day!
