Christmas Week’s Menu

It’s Christmas! The birthday of our Savior! It is a winter wonderland outside and we are warm and cozy inside. It really puts me in the baking and cooking mood-which is a good thing I guess as my house will soon be full and running over again this weekend! We’re so excited, all the kids and grandkids will be home again-that’s what it’s all about-celebrating Jesus’ birthday with FAMILY! So here’s the plan for the week.

Monday- Mexican Lasagna and corn

Tuesday- BBQ Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Baked beans

Wednesday- Broccoli Cheese soup and homemade bread

Thursday- Sloppy Joe’s, Pasta Salad, carrots and celery

Friday- Homemade pizza, Chips and Nacho Cheese Dip

Saturday-Christmas Brunch-Breakfast Casserole, fruit salad and quick cinnamon rolls,                               Christmas Dinner- Christmas Ham, Mashed Potatoes w/gravy, corn, buns, (salad and pies brought in)              Christmas Supper- Haystacks and fresh fruit platter and cookies

Sunday- Christmas at my sister’s- Green bean Casserole and corn (for those who don’t like green beans)
